Operations Coordinator needed for UHNW Family Office

An amazingly generous UHNW client is looking for an Executive Assistant to oversee the organization of their family office. This role could be considered a Operations Coordinator. You should have 5-7 years full time experience working in a support role for a busy individual in a corporate setting - we want to find someone who is an amazing Executive Assistant who is very admin driven with a proven track record of being incredibly organized. We want to find someone who THRIVES on being organized: from creating inventory binders with photos to making sure every item has its place in the home or office, or storage units with records of where everything is! The ideal candidate will have street smarts and is proactive and can wear a variety of hats. You will be responsible for an incredible amount of travel for the household staff: nannies, chefs, housekeepers who travel between their 6 properties in the US - including creating itineraries for each individual trip. You will also be responsible for inventory for their three local properties in NYC (2 homes and 1 office), as well as maintaining a vendor spreadsheet and maintenance calendar, tracking budgets, and researching potential ways to save money for all 6 properties. This is an IN PERSON, M-F, 9-7p role. The office is based in the West Village. Salary DOE, $140-$150,00 plus generous medical benefits and PTO! There could be some travel to various residences for up to a week at a time. College degree required. Must be local to Manhattan, be fully vaccinated.
