Meet Melissa Jensen

The Suite Staff is a boutique recruitment agency serving clients with their individual domestic and corporate staffing needs. For over eighteen years, Melissa Jensen has been successfully counseling clients on their corporate, household, and estate needs across the San Francisco Bay Area, New York Metro/the Hamptons, and Los Angeles markets. The Suite Staff is unlike other recruiting agencies, as we take a one-on-one approach to cultivate the right fit tailored to both client and candidate needs. Melissa has established a professional, productive, yet friendly relationship with many High Net Worth clients and industry professionals, maintaining confidentiality throughout the placement process while maintaining the highest level of service.

Melissa is a Bay Area native and graduated from UC Berkeley, where she started her recruiting career working for the Cal Athletics Department. She gained her passion for recruiting during her tenure at an entertainment company in Los Angeles, before making the move to the agency side where she’s been productive, successful, and happy ever since. After relocating to San Francisco following seven years in Los Angeles, Melissa found her mission and enthusiasm for building The Suite Staff.

In her spare time, Melissa loves to go to the movies, read, run through Golden Gate Park, and explore Wine Country. She is also actively involved with the philanthropic organization Dress for Success.
