2nd EA/PA needed for High Profile CEO in Soho
We are seeking an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented 2nd Executive Personal Assistant to support a high-profile CEO based in SoHo. This role requires a poised, adaptable, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of full-time experience supporting a C-level executive, preferably within the art, entertainment, or creative industries. A major focus of this position is managing extensive domestic and international travel for the CEO and select team members. You should be highly skilled in planning complex, multi-leg itineraries, monitoring travel in real time, and navigating last-minute changes with grace. Calendar management across multiple time zones, tight deadlines, and overlapping schedules will also be a core function, so fluency in scheduling platforms and the ability to juggle moving parts with precision is a must. Additional responsibilities include reconciling expenses, managing spreadsheets, preparing reports, organizing digital documents, and assisting with meeting prep, internal operations, and special projects. You may also be asked to liaise with vendors, handle confidential documents, and assist with general office support. This position reports to the Chief of Staff, Operations. The ideal candidate is college-educated, polished, and solutions-oriented, with long-term references that reflect trustworthiness, loyalty, and discretion. Prior experience supporting a high-profile principal or CEO in a private or creative industry setting is required. Familiarity with Apple/Mac systems, Google Suite, and basic finance or operations tools is strongly preferred. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves logistics, thrives in structured environments, and brings a calm, professional presence to every task. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with on-call availability as needed to support after-hours or weekend travel changes.
