30 hour per week Personal Assistant needed in Tiburon (health insurance and PTO provided!)
We are looking for a 30 hour per week Personal Assistant to work for a lovely couple in Tiburon. This is their first time hiring an Assistant, and they would love to find someone who is experienced and can come in and organize their lives and their home! Top projects on their TO DO list include organizing and filing their home office, researching and booking trips, and Good Will drop offs. They have an accountant, but they want someone who can hopefully come 4-5 times a week and go through mail, scan bills to send to accountant, run local errands, stock the home with supplies, take the dogs to the groomers, and act as tech support for simple tasks like resetting the Internet. Ideal candidate will be someone who loves to cook, and can do meal prep and make simple and healthy family style meals. We are looking for someone who is hopefully flexible to house sit their two adorable dogs for up to a week at a time. This role provides health insurance : we are looking for someone who will sign up for their offered Health Insurance as part of the compensation package (please do not apply if you are happy with your current coverage.) Salary DOE, $40-$45/hr plus paid health insurance and PTO. Must be local to the N Bay and drive and have your own car.
