Director of Properties needed in Denver $200,000+!
We are looking for a professional Director of Properties in Denver CO! This is an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to live in beautiful Denver and manage 4 residential estates and 3 commercial properties (this number could increase in 2022!) The residential management includes: overseeing household staff including working with the staff as needed to onboard and keep the staff happy and motivated, work with verified vendors on construction projects, plan both small and large scale events, and oversee the Standard Operating Procedures for the residences. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years experience in the private service industry as an Estate Manager. You should be a team player and lead by example: we are looking for the best Director who will be the captain to this all star household team! You will also be responsible for overseeing and managing the three commercial properties (ideal candidate will also have some sort of experience managing commercial properties, it would be a major bonus!) This role will report directly to the President of the Family Office. Salary DOE, $215,000.
