Director of Residences based in Austin TX!
We are looking for an experienced Director of Residences based in Austin TX! This is a very SENIOR level role - we are looking for someone who has worked in this capacity before. We want to find someone who has worked for at least one UHNW client/family and who has overseen a minimum of 4 large properties across the country. You will have 4 Estate Managers reporting to you - you should be a true team player and lead by example. The main residence is in Austin, but you will be required to travel to the other residences in SF, LA, NYC and Miami at a moments notice if needed. You should hopefully have a great support team in your Estate Managers who can be the boots on the ground for emergencies, but you will be responsible for visiting each property, helping with renovations and construction projects. You should have a strong financial background and understand how to be the liaison between each property and the principals. An ideal background would be someone who has worked as an Estate Manager for at least 5 years and worked your way up to a Director of Residences title. We are looking for someone who has managed large Estates for a minimum of 10 years - recent experience only considered. Must have a college degree. Must be fully vaccinated.
