Director of Residences needed in Austin TX for growing Family Office!
We are looking for a Director of Residences to provide senior-level operational oversight across a portfolio of formal, UHNW private residences. You will partner closely with the Chief of Staff to oversee residential operations. You will also work hand in hand with each House Manager in 4 different locations in the US to make sure that every property is ready for guests and the Principal's arrival at any time. The Family Office is looking to create consistency across residences, ensuring that every residence remains exceptionally maintained, organized, and prepared for principal and guest use. We are looking for a true team leader and team captain who can lead household employees at every residence. You will oversee onboarding, including training and retention of staff, as well as develop and implement training standards. Part of this role involves revising and creating household manuals, inventories, maintenance schedules, vendor information, and other household-related documents. We want to find someone who is a true leader and can help each House Manager put systems in place. You will be the main point of communication between each residence and the Chief of Staff. This role is based in Austin, TX but requires travel, as you will spend time onsite at each residence. Must have a minimum of 10 years of recent experience working as an Estate Manager overseeing multiple estates, or experience working as a Director of Residences. A college degree is required; any additional post-graduate courses are welcomed.
