Director of Residences
We are looking for a seasoned and experienced Director of Residences to work for a UHNW client in Los Angeles. You will be responsible for managing 5 domestic residences and a staff of up to 50 people - including a very strict security detail. You will be responsible for property management including maintaining and updating local systems at each home. You will be the point person for most vendors including project management on construction/renovations, and be in charge of all budgets and monitoring expenses. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years full time, recent experience as a DOR (please have your most recent role be the title "Director of Residences" and managed a minimum of 3 homes). Experience working in a hospitality setting is also preferred, as this family is looking for someone who is warm and a kind person. You should be flexible to travel for up to 2 weeks at a time, multiple times a year. This position is based in Los Angeles. Must be fully vaccinated. Salary DOE, $200-$225,000.
