Estate Manager/Cook needed in Atherton $150,000+ DOE!
We are looking for a polished and sophisticated yet Zen Estate House Manager. Ideal candidate will also have some sort of culinary background. This family is looking for someone with a kind presence, who has experience managing staffs of up to 10 people. You should be familiar with CA Labor Laws and understand household HR. We would also love it it someone can fill in for the chef from time to time, cooking organize family style meals. You may also be asked to help empty the dishwasher or make a bed and help out the two full tome housekeepers on staff. The family very much cares about running a happy household. The Mr and Mrs are very into health and we would love to find someone who is like minded: someone who loves yoga, meditation, nutrition/healthy eating and practices peace and positivity. The home is in Atherton with a guesthouse, and the family has a vacation home in Montecito that they spend about 30% of their time. 10+ years experience working with High Profile and High Net Worth families is required. They have two kids and a puppy so you should be okay with have little ones running around and a busy household. We know that this is a tall order with lots of requirements on the families wish list, so they are willing to pay a higher salary to get the perfect candidate!
