Estate Manager needed for Formal Home in Atherton $300,000 plus matching 401k!
We are looking for a formal, European style Estate Manager for a large Estate in Atherton. Any formal training in Butler service or understanding of how to run a formal home is required. This family wants to feel like they are living in a Seven Star European Hotel! This is a young family with over 10 staff members including 4 nannies, a laundress, 4 full time housekeepers, a runner/PA and a JR Estate Manager. They have built an amazing team and now need to find the best leader/team Captain! We want to find a trustworthy professional Estate Manager with over 10 years experience working in 10,000+ sq foot homes managing multiple staff members. The family has two residences on the Peninsula and may eventually build their real estate portfolio. We are looking for a kind manager - someone who leads by example! We want to find a true team player who will train, roll up their sleeves if there is an Event and has an all hands on deck mentality!
