Estate Manager needed for HNW Estate in Atherton
A HNW Formal Client in Atherton is looking for an Experienced Estate Manager for their home. You will be the CEO of this fully staffed home with 8 other employees. We are looking for someone who excels at managing but is also a true team player who can be a team leader for this household staff! Candidate must have a college degree, as this client highly values education. You should have worked in luxury hotels, or have 10+ years experience working in HNW private homes, who can do everything from pack/unpack the family to oversee budgets and creating Household Manuals. The family has a Personal Assistant who you will work with and can delegate tasks to. Service is of utmost importance in this household. This could be considered as a Concierge role, running the home and making sure that the clients needs are attended to. Service is everything to this family - we are looking for someone who has amazing etiquette and polite communication skills. Schedule is Tues- Sat, but please be flexible to be on call for after hour requests. The clients have high standard, but are also extremely incredibly kind and generous! Salary DOE, $180k+.
