Estate Manager needed in Arizona $200,000+ DOE
Our lovely and generous UHNW client in Arizona is looking for the best service oriented Estate Manager for their primary residence in Arizona. We are looking for an experienced individual who has worked in private homes for High Profile, HNW clients for the last 10+ years. Ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, working in luxury hotels or clubs would be a major bonus as service means everything to this family. You should thrive working in a team environment with amazing leadership and people management skills. The client has a Dir of Properties who you will report to and work with, but you will also have direct contact with the Mr and Mrs. You will be responsible for managing a team of 4 department managers - most importantly working hand in hand with the butler and chefs to ensure that the principals feel like they are living in a 5 star resort and eating at a three star Michelin Star restaurant.
