Estate Manager needed in Malibu $150,000 DOE

Our SF client has a second residence on 5 acres of land in gorgeous Malibu! The client visits frequently, and would like to keep this home running as a primary residence, as often times their visits can be last minute. We are looking for a polished, professional and experienced Estate Manager to run this home. You will be responsible for budgets, working with vendors on renovations and repairs, managing a staff of 7, and working in tandem with the SF Estate Manager. Candidate must be an LA local, and have a minimum of 10 years full time experience working as an Estate Manager working for UHNW clients. Must be a true team player, and lead by example. This is a formal household and we are looking for an Estate Manager who is polished, polite and 150% service oriented. Experience in Hopitality Management or experienc working in a luxury 5 star hotel would be a major bonus! Schedule will be M-F, unless the principals are in residence, and then you may be asked to work a weekend (will be given two consecutive week days off.) Start date will be in Jan, but we are looking to hire now - you will be flown up to train with the SF team so you are set up to be successful in the Malibu residence!
