Estate Manager needed in Maui for luxury home $175,000 DOE!
We are looking for a professional, polished, formal trained Estate Manager for a wonderful clients home in Maui! We are looking for someone who can create a 5 star experience for the principals while in residence. You will be responsible for managing a staff of 5 including hiring/on boarding and HR duties, managing and sourcing local vendors, and creating an overall professional environment while keeping the home running like a luxury boutique hotel. We are looking for someone who has worked at a 5 star luxury resort, and who has a minimum of 10 years recent full time experience working in UHNW homes as an Estate Manager. This is a formal client who wants to find someone with impeccable manners and who can lead by example. We want to find someone who is incredibly polished and can communicate effectively with the principals. Candidate must have a college degree, be fully vaccinated and boosted, and have a valid driver's license. Salary DOE, $150-$175,000. Must be willing to relocate full time/permanently to Maui.
