Estate Manager needed in Santa Barbara (Goleta) We are looking for a local Santa Barbara area Estate Manager for a 350-acre ranch with a 15,000 square foot home. This is a full-time, in-person role managing a staff of 2 housekeepers, a team of chefs, and working with the Ranch Manager to oversee landscapers, gardeners, and animal teams. This is not a front-of-house role. You should have construction experience and be hands-on. We are looking for someone proactive who will walk the property daily to identify what needs attention, rather than waiting for the client to point things out. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years of recent, full-time experience working as an Estate Manager for UHNW clients. A college degree is required. Please do not apply if you do not live in the Santa Barbara area. The client will not consider candidates commuting from Los Angeles. This is an in person role, M-F 40 hours per week.
