Estate Manager with Strong Hospitality Background needed in Montecito
We are looking for a seasoned Hospitality Professional in Montecito. We are looking for someone who has a hybrid background of Private Service Experience AND has managed luxury boutique hotels. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to take three other hotel-like properties (SF, Mexico and Aspen) to the next level of service. You will also be responsible for managing their main 8,000 sq foot residence in Montecito. We are looking for someone who thrives in providing the best possible white glove service to clients, and who is creative to think of exceptional experiences for their guests. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience working in both private homes and hotels. This position is based in the Montecito area, but will require travel to the other properties a few times a year. Ideal candidate will live in the Santa Barbara/Southern California area.
