Executive Assistant/JR House Manager duties needed in Marin

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to work for a fun start up located in Marin. This role is full time on site, M-F (non negotiable). You will be responsible for office management including organizing and making sure the office is always stocked with office and kitchen supplies. About 15 hours per week will require working out of the CEO's home and managing household inventory, working with local vendors and running local errands. This client has multiple property across the US, and part of your responsibility will be to communicate with the Property Managers at each location and working with them if repairs are needed. Experience supporting a principal(s) with their personal life would be a bonus, as about 40% of this role is more Executive Personal Assistant focused. Ideal candidate will live in the North Bay, and have a minimum of 5 years recent full time experience supporting a busy Executive in an office setting. College degree is preferred. Schedule is in person (non negotiable) M-F, 9:30-5p, with availability to work occasional weekends or evenings if there is an event or emergency. Salary DOE $150-$165,000.
