Executive Assistant needed for Start Up downtown Palo Alto $145-$155,000 DOE

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant for a start up in Palo Alto. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who loves to be a part of a team environment. You will be working for the founder doing everything to keep their professional life running smoothly- all typical EA duties including but not limited to: Managing the employer's calendar, organizing meetings, meeting planning, and some email and phone call correspondence. You will also be responsible for managing the CEOs business calendar, as well managing the small office and you will be responsible for greeting visitors and organizing team building events including small office parties once a quarter.MUST HAVE A COLLEGE DEGREE.
