Executive Assistant needed for start up female CEO in SF (remote/WHF) $120,000!

We are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to work for a young, busy female CEO and provide administrative, technical, and creative support. This role can be remote, but we want someone who is based in SF in case you need to meet with the CEO in person. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years recent full time experience supporting a CEO, and over 10 years experience working as an Executive Assistant. Ideal candidate will have experience working in a start up environment, so you understand the "all hands on deck" mentality. You will be responsible for answering emails on behalf of the CEO, make travel arrangements, managing CEO calendar and schedule appointments, online research, and anything else to keep the CEO's professional life running smoothly. Bc this is a start up, you may be asked to do some personal tasks like booking a dinner reservation. Schedule is M-F, 9-6p, with occasional after hours if the CEO is traveling and in a different time zone. College degree from four year university required. Must be fully vaccinated and boosted. Salary DOE, $120,000. Flexibility to work remote 75% of the time, MUST(!!) be based in the Bay Area as there will be occasional on sites required. Please send professional resumes to:
