Executive Assistant needed in Beverly Hills

We are looking for a Executive Personal Assistant in Beverly Hills (with travel to a Newport office 1-2 times a week.) This is a new role supporting a principal in the real estate industry. Ideal canddiate will be based on the West Side of LA or be very familiar with the area. You will serve as the gate keeper to the client and be responsible for all typical EA duties on the business side including but not limited to: calendar management, travel arrangements, email and phone correspondence on behalf of the principal. You may be asked to make dinner reservations, buy gifts, run local errands, and plan small scale events for the principal and their family - there will be about 25% Personal Assistant duties, so please have a can do attitude and be willing to pitch in as needed to keep this clients life running smoothly. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years full time recent experience supporting a C Level Executive in a corporate environment. We are looking for someone with incredibly strong admin skills with a warm personality - we want to find someone who is incredibly polioshed and will serve as an All Star supporter for the client. College degree from an accredited 4 year university is required. Must be tech savvy (and be comfortable using MACs) and have excellent communication skills. Must be fully vaccinated.
