Executive Chef needed to manage a team of chefs for Private Residence in Arizona
We are looking for an Executive Private Chef for a Private Residence in the Arizona! You will be the lead chef, managing a team of four chefs under you. You will be the main chef that travels with the family (approximately 20% of the time.) We are looking for a chef who has a minimum of 10 years full time experience working in High End Restaurants as an Executive Chef. We are looking for a candidate who has at least five years full time recent experience working as an Executive Chef - we want someone who is a true team leader, who is an amazing "boss" and who can lead by example. You should also have a minimum of five years recent full time experience working in UHNW homes as a private chef. You will be responsible for weekly menus, breakfast/lunch/dinner as well as two snacks a day and dessert for a family of 6 plus at least 2 guests per day. You should also have experience planning large scale cocktail parties, and intimate high end dinner parties. You should have experience traveling with families to their other residences and know how to set up second residences with all the families favorites (from drinks to snacks to pantry essentials.)
