Executive Housekeeper needed in NYC for a UHNW family in the West Village
We are looking for a top notch, experienced Executive Housekeeper based in the West Village neighborhood of NYC. The family lives in a beautiful 10,0000 sq foot 5 story brownstone (with stairs/no elevator.) This is a very exciting opportunity for a housekeeper who takes pride in their work and wants a lot of responsibility and join a team of incredible other housekeepers in the city. We are looking for a housekeeper who has a minimum of 5-7 years full time recent experience with a UHNW/formal household in Manhattan. You should feel comfortable setting a beautiful table, ironing linens to organization of closets and pantries as well as cleaning antiques and handling couture clothing. Most importantly we want to find someone with zero ego and a positive work attitude who will roll up their sleeves and be a great team player with a no job is too small mentality. We want to find an executive head housekeeper who has the flexibility to travel to the clients other residences: make sure all of their favorite products are in supply and organized to their liking and prepare for the families arrival. You will may be asked to travel, especially to the Hamptons in the summer months This is a fully staffed home with a team of nannies, chef and personal assistants. It is a young family who leans towards a more formal household. Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years full time experience working in a UHNW home, and any experience working in a fine hotel would be a bonus! Base Salary DOE, $50-55/hr plus OT. Schedule is M-F, 9a-6p - you should be flexible to work later if the family is having a dinner party, or to come in on an occasional weekend.
