Executive Personal Assistant/House Manager needed in Atherton

We are looking for a full time Executive Personal Assistant/House Manager in Atherton! Ideal candidate will have recent references as a High Level Executive Personal Assistant, and have long term references. We would love someone who has worked as an Admin at a tech company, and wants to make the transition into working in the private sector as a High Level PA. This is an incredible opportunity to work for a client who is incredibly well connected and will help mentor you in your career! Loyalty is very important to this family, and they do not want a job hopper. This is a 40 hour per week role, but part of these hours can be remote, but we want someone who can come to the house at least three times a week to do local errands (dry cleaning, returns, picking up prescriptions, stocking the house, planning both private parties and private dinners in restaurants (we want someone who is up to date on the hottest restaurants and trends in the area!) You should be comfortable working with local vendors as well as some driving of the client's teenager to after school sport practices etc. We are looking for someone who is tech savvy - the client prefers to update TO DO lists on Google Docs and use Google Calendar so you must be tech savvy. College degree required. Salary DOE $130,000 + plus discretionary bonus, medical benefits and PTO (2-3 weeks paid vacation.) Must be fully vaccinated. Please send resumes to:
