Executive Personal Assistant needed for High Profile Event Production Company

We are looking for a polished and professional Executive Personal Assistant to work for the founder of the best event company in NYC! This is an amazing opportunity to work for a true professional who needs the best of the best to help support every aspect of their lives. You will be the only Assistant to this busy individual - supporting both their professional and personal life. You will be responsible for all typical EA/PA duties included but not limited to travel booking, reservation bookings, managing appointments including DR and personal appointments, gift buying for High Profile clients, and occasional travel to event sites out of the city. This is an IN PERSON, Monday -Friday role based out of their gorgeous office in Soho. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes NYC and has their finger on the pulse of all the hottest new restaurants and events like gallery openings! Ideal Candidate will have a college degree and 2-4 years full time experience working in a support role for a busy principal. This CEO works with a lot of High Profile clients and we need someone who is not star struck and who is poised and polished. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for style, attention to detail, and a great taste for the finer things in life! The CEO is incredibly professional and a lovely executive to work for.
