Executive Personal Assistant needed in Atherton $190-$200,000

We are looking for a career EA/PA for a UHNW client in Atherton. This role is in person, M-F, from 9-6p. The role does require you to be at your desk the majority of the day as you manage the principal's calendar, help with light travel planning and event planning, as well as stocking household inventory from a gorgeous home office setting. We are looking for someone with an incredible sense of style, who can purchase gifts on behalf of the client for birthdays and clients. Ideal candidate will have a college degree, and have a minimum of 10+ years full time experience working in a support role for busy, High Net Worth individuals. We would love to find someone who started their career in an office/corporate setting and has transitioned into the Private Service sector and loves working in a home environment! We are looking for someone with long term references (the client is very picky about wanting someone with at least 1-2 years at each role.) You should be tech savvy, especially with Mac products. Must be COVID vaccinated and be local to the Bay Area (preferably live on the Peninsula.) Salary DOE: $180-$200,000. (*these are all client requirements for working in their household.)
