Executive Personal Assistant needed in Palm Coast FL

We are looking for an experienced Executive Personal Assistant in Palm Coast (NOT Palm Beach) FL. This founder needs help with general administrative help including but not limited to: calendar management, email correspondence, tracking expenses and simple bill paying, researching and special projects, RSVPing to events, booking extensive travel, vendor management, making DR appts and dinner reservations, running errands like gift buying, stocking the home, organizing the principals seasonal wardrobe and other typical PA duties. You should have a minimum of 5-7 years full time, recent experience supporting a C Level Executive, or a HNW/High Profile principal. College degree is preferred. Candidate must be Tech-savvy: and comfortable with all standard Mac/PC and internet skills, including Google Suite. Schedule is WEd-Sunday (Days off are Monday & Tuesday) and salary DOE: $100-$120,000. Must be local to the Palm Coast, FL area! Please send professional resumes to:
