Executive Personal Assistant needed in San Francisco for High Profile Client

We are looking for a proactive, self-starter to assist a CEO in San Francisco. You will work out of their home office in Pacific Heights, Monday through Friday from 9a-5p. You should be organized, and able to keep this busy principal on track. We want someone who feels comfortable reminding the client (more than once) when they need to leave for off-site meetings, as well as accompanying them if needed to help take notes and keep track of documents. This client has a very busy schedule and we need someone who can keep them on track and help balance both their personal and professional lives. You should be a master multitasker, and be able to switch gears from personal to business (and vice versa) at a moment's notice. This role also involves some Personal Assistant duties, including running local errands, small event planning including making dinner reservations for the principal and their partner, and planning family travel both domestically and internationally. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to work for a High Profile principal, and who is looking for a partnership with their boss. This principal wants to hire someone whom they trust and who they can lean on to take the more mundane tasks off their plate. The principal gravitates towards strong personalities - we would love to find someone who has a great sense of humor and who has thick skin. College degree is required. Must have a minimum of 7+ years working as an Executive Assistant for a busy, C Level executive. Must be Covid vaccinated, as you will be working out of a home office. No travel is required for the role however you will be expected to work M-F in person. Salary DOE, $145-$165,000 DOE!
