Executive Personal Assistant needed in Seattle

We are looking for a career Executive Assistant for a family in Seattle. You will be working on site, 40-50 hours per week our of a home office in Mercer Island. Candidate must have a minimum of 6 years full time recent experience supporting a CEO or C Level Executive in a corporate setting. You should have ample experience with accounting services including bill pay & expense tracking. On the Personal side, there will be some household oversight and property management - the client has two other properties in the area, each property does have a House Manager. You may also be asked to do some simple Personal Assistant tasks like occasionally driving school age kids to after school activities, booking appointments including dinner meetings or buying a gift. The Mrs is very involved and you should feel comfortable with working with her on projects! College degree from a four year University is required. Local Seattle candidate only please!
