Experienced Personal Assistant needed for UHNW client in Soho

We are looking for a SR level experienced/career Personal Assistant in NYC. This role is 100% Personal Assistant focused and required you to be in person M-F (home is in SOHO). The role does require about 15% travel to the client's West Coast residence for up to a week at a time. The client has a large support team both at work and in their family office: including an Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff - this role is purely Personal Assistant related duties. We want to find someone who is a team player, and loves to collaborate with the other members of this family's team to keep the principal on track and organized. You will be responsible for: personal travel planning (including planning travel for friends visits), gift buying including managing a Birthday calendar for family and friends, personal shopping, maintaining their wardrobe inventory with an app, running local errands, and managing the personal calendar for the Mr and Mrs. This role requires concierge-like duties: the client would love to find someone who can keep them updated about special occasions: birthdays, anniversaries, important milestone events for friends and family members and will remind them to send gifts and/or flowers well in advance. They would also love someone who can plan an amazing cocktail party for a Birthday or Holiday. We want to find someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, and who is a master multi-tasker. Ideal candidate will have a service heart. Must be local to NYC (please do not apply if you do not live in NYC/BK), must be COVID vaccinated and must have a minimum of 5 years full time RECENT experience working as a full time Personal Assistant for a busy, successful HNW Principal.
