Experienced Senior Level Personal Assistant needed for founder $180-$190,000

We are looking for an experienced, full time Career Personal Assistant to work a Founder in SF Financial District. This is a full time job in person M-F, with longer working hours (approx 8a-8p.) We are looking for someone who understands the dynamics of working for a busy young family, and who will be flexible to check texts and emails after hours in case there is an emergency or if they are traveling (they are planning to travel internationally this summer and hope this person will be aware of time zone differences.) You will start your day with a quick check in with at least one of the two principals (possibly both principals) and then will work out of the home office in a beautiful penthouse Downtown SF. One of the most important parts of this role is that the two principals travel 2-3 times a month each, for work and personal - often times their travel plans can change last minute, so we need someone who absolutely loves travel planning and can handle last minute itinerary changes on location, dates, etc. Some typical responsibilities you will be expected to do include stocking the home, running local errands, managing two adults personal calendars, working with the nanny and House Manager and part time housekeeper, sourcing and vetting local vendors, small event planning for kid's Birthday parties, and going to their second home in Half Moon Bay once a week to check in on the property. The family also has a darling cat so you should be cat friendly. We are looking for a Career PA who lives in SF, has a car, and has a minimum of 10 years recent full time experience working for busy clients with long term references. We want someone who has worked in direct contact with the principal. Must have a college degree, and be fully COVID vaccinated and boosted (client requirement.)
