Facility Coordinator needed for UHNW Family Office
An amazingly generous UHNW client is looking for an Facilities Coordinator to oversee this UHNW family's Real Estate Portfolio. You should have 5-7 years full time experience working in a support role in a fast paced environment in a corporate setting - we want to find someone who is incredibly organized with terrific administrative skills and who THRIVES on being organized. You will be the primary contact for their three local properties in NYC (2 homes and 1 office), as well five other properties across the US. Each property is considered its own entity ("client") and will have a binder/file/photos/spreadsheets with a list of preferred vendors, maintenance calendar, tracking budgets, and inventory lists. Being street smart and savvy and being proactive are all characteristics that will thrive in this role. We want to find someone who can wear a variety of hats and switch gears at a moments notice. This is an IN PERSON, M-F, 9-7p role. The office is based in the West Village. Salary DOE, $120-$140,00 plus generous medical benefits and PTO! There could be some travel to various residences for up to a week at a time. College degree required. Must be local to Manhattan, be fully vaccinated.
