Family Assistant/After school Tutor needed in Austin TX! $75-85,000 DOE!
We’re looking for a warm, organized, and energetic Family Assistant/After school Tutor who loves all things kids. This is the heartbeat role in a lively, fast-paced household where no two days are ever the same. You’ll help keep everything running smoothly" from hands-on tutoring and creative learning activities to coordinating healthcare, managing appointments, and organizing the nanny schedule. You’ll also step in as a backup nanny for about 10 hours a week and oversee all things child-related: planning routines, arranging playdates, and keeping wardrobes and supplies perfectly in order. If you thrive on bringing structure, positivity, and fun to family life, this role is for you. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational backgorund, as this family has four school age kids ranging from 5-10 and they want someone who can help with all things Homework and School related projects after school. We would also love to find someone who has at least three years of recent, full-time experience working in private homes as a SR Nanny and/or experience as a Family or Personal Assistant in a busy household working with kids in some capacity. Please do not apply unless you’ve worked in an admin-heavy household role and are comfortable managing logistics as well as childcare. A college degree, clean driving record, and valid Texas driver’s license are required. Flexibility to travel for up to a week at a time to cover for a nanny could be a possibility.
