Family Assistant needed for the most Successful Event Producer in the Bay Area (based in Los Altos) Monday -Thursday!

The most successful Event Producer in the Bay Area (based in Los Altos) is in need of the best, most organized and responsible Family Assistant! This is such a fun role where no two days will ever be the same! The client is hyper organized and works at a mile a minute - she needs a right hand who can support her in her business and also help with Household Management and some childcare for her two darling school age kids. This would be the perfect opportunity for someone who has worked as a nanny or teacher who wants to transition into Personal Assisting, or someone who wants to take on more House Management roles! Mornings will be dedicated to assisting with the business (expense reports, email correspondence, travel planning, research projects) as well as Household duties (local errands, stocking the home, calendar management for four people, planning small events like children's birthday parties, as well as Amazon returns and gift buying.) Besides working for an incredible business woman and her family - this schedule is unbeatable! Monday through Thursdays, 10 hour days! Imagine having three day weekends every week!
