Family Assistant needed in Burlingame $140,000 DOE
We are seeking a Full-Time Family Assistant to support a wonderful and generous family in Burlingame. The ideal candidate will have prior personal assistant and/or nanny experience, with the flexibility to balance household assistant duties and occasional childcare needs. The position is approximately 75% assistant duties and 25% childcare duties (filling in when the nanny is out of town or sick, or they need someone to help driving the kids.) Both parents work from home, so you should feel comfortable working directly with the Principals on a daily basis. In this role, you will work closely with supporting/assisting the Estate Manager on household projects, organization, and local errands, while also ensuring the home is well-stocked and running smoothly. You should be tech savvy and also thrive keeping calendars and research organized. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years recent full time experience working as a Family Assistant for HNW households in the Bay Area. Must have a college degree from an accredited 4 year university. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Compensation is $110,000–$140,000 DOE, along with a comprehensive benefits package including full medical coverage, PTO, and a matching 401(k). Candidates must be local to the Peninsula/Bay Area and have a minimum of 5-7 years full time recent experience working for families, including recent childcare experience.
