Food & Beverage Director needed in Paradise Valley AZ!
We are looking for a service driven individual to manage the Food & Beverage operations of a UHNW client in Paradise Valley! We are looking for someone who can quickly learn the clients likes & dislikes and deliver top notch five star service! You will be working in a team of chefs, property managers, Personal Assistants, Housekeepers and other household staff. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience in a Food and Beverage Director title role. Experience working in front of the house would also be ideal, as you will be front facing interacting with the client and guests on a daily basis - you will be the primary point of contact for operational concerns. You will be responsible for internal hiring, overseeing the food & beverage budgets, vetting and retaining top tier vendors, and manage both small scale and large scale events. We want to find a poised and personable candidate who makes people feel at ease and taken care of and who thrives on delivering next level service and exceeding people's highest expectations. Must have clean driving record and driver's license. Must be fully vaccinated and boosted. You will be based in AZ, but need to be flexible to travel 30% of the time to other domestic properties within the US. Must also have a valid Passport and be able to travel internationally up to 4 weeks.
