Formal Michelin Star experience Private Chef needed in Atherton $190k+
We are looking for an experienced chef who has worked at restaurants like Quince, French Laundry, 11 Madison and also has experience for at least 4 years working for High Net Worth individuals. This is a family of 4, and the parents are both busy Executives. They like to entertain and have both friends and business partners over for dinners once a week. Ideal chef will understand formal service as you will occasionally be asked to serve at small dinner parties. If you can make a great cocktail that would be a bonus but not required! Knowledge of wines is also a bonus! We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, prefers working in a formal staffed home (will wear a uniform if there is a dinner party), can create gorgeous plated meals with the freshest ingredients. The family is not on any specific diet but prefers organic, farm to table, CA fresh cuisine. Schedule is Tuesday - Saturday. Salary DOE, $150k+.
