Full Time Career Personal Assistant to Founder in SOMA $200,000 DOE!

We are looking for an experienced, full time Career Personal Assistant to work a Founder and his partner in SOMA. This is a full time job, 60 hours per week. You will be required to work in the home 30ish hours per week (M-F, 10a-3p) and work from your home (or a coffee shop or your preferred work location!) in the mornings and afternoons. We are looking for someone who understands the dynamics of working for a busy couple, and who will be flexible to check texts and emails after hours in case there is an emergency. You will start your day with a quick check in with at least one of the two principals (possibly both principals) and then will work out of the home office. One of the most important parts of this role is that the two principals travel 2-3 times a month each, for work and personal - often times their travel plans can change last minute, so we need someone who absolutely loves travel planning and can handle last minute itinerary changes on location, dates, etc. Some typical responsibilities you will be expected to do include stocking the home, running local errands, managing two adults personal calendars, working with a nanny to manage their schedule, sourcing and vetting local vendors, and going to their second home in Half Moon Bay 1-2 times a month for a day trip. The family also has a darling cat who you will be responsible for taking to the vet and occasionally changing the litter box. We are looking for a Career PA who lives in SF, has a car, and has a minimum of 10 years recent full time experience working for busy clients. We want someone who has worked in direct contact with the principal. Must have a college degree, and be fully COVID vaccinated and boosted. A bonus would be if you speak Spanish!
