House Manager EA PA needed in Palo Alto
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly organized Household Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy household. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with a proven track record in managing staff, scheduling, and household logistics. The Household Manager will be responsible for supervising a team of household staff, ensuring smooth operations, and providing top-level service to meet the family’s needs. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the household staff, including a chef, nanny, and housekeeper. You will ensure that all staff members provide top-tier service and maintain efficiency in their roles. You will also oversee and manage all personal and family calendars, coordinating appointments, family events, and travel, ensuring that all schedules are organized and executed efficiently. Additionally, you will handle personal errands, make reservations, and coordinate travel arrangements for the family, ensuring all logistics are planned seamlessly. Managing household operations will also fall under your purview, including overseeing vendor relationships, handling repairs and maintenance, managing inventory, and keeping track of household budgets to ensure smooth daily operations. As the Household Manager, you will need to maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality while managing sensitive information and interacting with family members and staff. You must possess strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Candidates with prior experience in high-net-worth households or familiarity with household systems and technology to streamline operations will be highly valued. Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, including evenings or weekends, may be required. We are seeking a candidate with recent, long-term references in a House Manager role, ideally with 2-3 references where you worked for the Principals for at least two years.
