House Manager/Family Assistant needed in SF (occasional remote, occasional time in Healdsburg)

An amazing SF family is looking to hire someone to help organize and run their lives! This is a High Profile tech family who is so down to earth that they have never had someone in this role before- mom has been doing it all! She is so friendly and kind and is finally ready to hand over the reigns to a professional! This job will be based in SF, with some remote work and occasionally you may be asked to check on their home in Healdsburg. This is not a straightforward PA or House Manager role: we want to find someone who can manage the family of 5 calendars, book travel (private and commercial), make restaurant reservations, plan dinner parties and Birthday parties, but also set up systems in both their new SF home and in Wine Country! We are looking for a Unicorn who loves to keep busy, and will have the patience as the duties of this role may change slightly since this is new for the family! Ideal candidate will have an all hands on deck mentality, and be okay working in tandem with the mom. You should have a minimum of 10 years full time experience working in private homes both in a support/Assistant role (we are not looking for anyone with an ego!) but who can also manage a small staff. This family has an afternoon babysitter and a housekeeper - the family just wants a point person if these two part time employees have a simple question. Salary $110,000 - + DOE!
