House Manager needed in Austin
We are looking for a seasoned, experienced professional House Manager for a HNW family in West Lake Hills. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years recent full-time experience working in busy, formal homes. This is a young family with two kids and 2 dogs. You will be responsible for managing a staff of 8: chef, housekeepers, and vendors. The schedule is M-F, 8-5p, but you should be flexible to be on call after hours for emergencies. If there is a renovation project, you may be required to come on site on a weekend to greet vendors and oversee the project. You will be responsible for keeping the household stocked, managing the staff schedule, maintaining the vendor list, and tracking the household maintenance schedule. The family spends the summers in the Hamptons, and the summer months are dedicated to deep cleaning and bigger projects, with much less (if at all) required after normal work hours.
