House Manager needed in Portola Valley $120-$140,00 DOE
We are looking for a House Manager to oversee two homes: a 10,000 sq foot home in Portola Valley, 5,000 sq foot office in downtown Palo Alto and a a 5,000 sq foot pied-à-terre in San Francisco. We are looking for someone who has worked in the Private Service Industry for 5-8 years. You will be based on the Peninsula and should expect to travel to the office and pied-à-terre 1-2 times a week. You should have 3-5 years experience managing a small staff, as well as communicating with the office Executive Assistant to prepare for any business meetings (making sure the office fridge is stocked) as well as overseeing the household supplies. If the client has a dinner party in the city, you will be repsonsible for working with a chef on the menu as well as ordering flowers, and making sure the home is fully stocked like a hotel with waters and toliet paper and all things needed for an overnight or weekend stay. Salary DOE, $120-$140,000 plus medical benefits. Schedule is M-F, 9-6p plus occasional weekend for a special event like a kids birthday party.
