House Manager needed in SF and Napa $120-$130,000 DOE!
We are looking for an experienced and professional House Manager to support an UHNW family with multiple residences in San Francisco and Wine Country. We are seeking a true team player with a “no job is too small” mindset, someone organized, communicative, resourceful, and able to adapt quickly as priorities shift. You should enjoy collaboration, as you will work closely with the Director of Residences and keep them updated on the properties you oversee. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining a detailed house manual, keeping all digital files organized and current on the family’s server, and handling administrative and desk-based duties as needed (typically one day per week). Candidates must be exceptionally skilled in both PC and Mac environments. The ideal candidate is based in the North Bay and can travel to Wine Country twice a week and San Francisco twice a week, with one flexible day to focus where needed most. We are seeking a polished private service professional with a genuine service heart and a minimum of 5–7 years of full-time experience in the private service industry, ideally as a Senior Personal Assistant, Assistant House Manager, or House Manager. You will work closely with a wonderful Director of Residences, who will be your primary point of contact and manager. This role involves limited direct interaction with the Principals and focuses on ensuring smooth operations across their Bay Area properties.
