JR House Manager/Executive Assistant needed in Marin

We are looking for a JR House Manager/Executive Assistant to work for a wonderful Family Office in Marin. The Chief of Staff (who is so wonderful and will be a great mentor!) has been with the client for 10 years, and needs support with managing 7 properties in the US including a plane. We want to find someone who is an excellent self starter, and who can work independently and manage projects from start to finish on their own. Each property has its own "Property Manager" on site, and we want to find someone who can communicate with them about upcoming renovations and budgets. Each property should have its own maintenance calendar, as well as a system to keep track of inventory as well as tracking furniture and art. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5-7 years experience working in Private Homes, and understand the dynamics of how to manage a home. We are looking for someone who is a string communicator, and can correspond with accountants and lawyers as needed, as well as act as the representative for the client and Chief of Staff when working with vendors. Once a week, you will meet with the Chief of Staff to go over ongoing and future projects. Experience supporting a busy principal in an Assistant capacity is also required, we are looking for someone who is tech savvy and who is incredibly organized. This could be the perfect role for an Executive Personal Assistant who wants to take the next step in their career! Candidate should be local to the Bay Area, and be available to meet in person in Marin at least once a week. Schedule is M-F, 9-6p. College degree preferred. Must have long term references.
