JR Level House Manager needed in Pacific Heights

We are seeking a junior-level House Manager to support a wonderful and respectful couple in their Pacific Heights residence. This is a fully in-person, Monday through Friday role based in San Francisco. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and service-minded, and is eager to grow within a private household environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a part-time housekeeping team and ensuring the home is consistently well maintained and properly stocked. Duties include running local errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and general household errands, as well as maintaining household organization. You will also be expected to source, vet, and manage vendors for small household projects, including tasks such as refreshing bathroom wallpaper or coordinating garage organization. Personal assistant responsibilities are a key part of this position and include managing Mr. and Mrs.’ calendars, scheduling medical appointments, making dinner reservations, and coordinating complex travel arrangements. The role also requires occasional driving support for Mrs. to appointments on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years junior-level experience in House Management, Personal Assisting along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Candidates must be comfortable managing vendors, handling multiple priorities, and maintaining discretion at all times. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. This role is open to local San Francisco or Bay Area candidates only. This is a Monday through Friday, in-person position offering a salary of $90,000–$110,000 annually, depending on experience.
