Lead Educator needed for UHNW family in Austin
We are looking for a professional Educator to create, implement and oversee curriculum for a UHNW family in Austin. We are open to candidates who are not currently living in Austin, but you will be expected to relocate if you accept the role. You will be responsible for working with the parents on an Education plan, and then teaching the other nannies the curriculum. We are looking for someone who has their degree in Early Childhood Education, and preferably someone who has their Master's in Education, and has worked in a classroom for 5+ years. We are searching the country for someone who is incredibly passionate about Child Development, and who thrives in a 1:1 setting. The schedule for this role is 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. It is a live out role, hours are approximately 8a-4:30/5p. You should be a team player, as you will have weekly meetings with the parents and lead nanny about the curriculum you are constantly working on and updating based on the child's milestones. We want to find an Educator who can bring thoughts and ideas to the table, but will also respect the parenting style and let the parents lead when needed. Requirements: candidate must have a college degree at the minimum. Candidate must be COVID vaccinated, and must have a valid driver's license and passport. Experience working in private homes as a tutor or private educator would be preferred, but not mandatory. Salary is $50/hr + OT and medical benefits plus and lots of fun perks!!!
