Live in Nanny needed in LA & Sonoma Coast $120,000
We are looking for a flexible career nanny to work for an incredibly kind and generous family with two young kids under three years old! The family currently lives in LA, and will relocate to their home on the Sonoma Coast summer 2023, which will be your long term home base. In both LA and in Northern California, you will have your own apartment on property (your own privacy which is such a bonus for a live in role!) Schedule will be approximately Tuesday - Saturday (usual days off will be Sunday & Monday) from 8:30a-6p with an additional 10-ish hours needed per week set for additional babysitting. This family is incredibly outdoorsy, and loves to spend time in the wilderness. We want to find a nanny who is creative and loves to be outside! You should be active and someone who likes to create fun outings like treasure hunts, nature hikes and other age appropriate activities to keep these curious young kids engaged. The family loves to travel, and spends 50% of their time in Northern California so you should be flexible to travel away from LA at a moment's notice. One of the most important factors to this family is flexibility - both parents work from home and want to find a nanny who is okay switching their hours a bit, working a few date nights a week, or working a weekend if there is a Birthday party or the parents have an event or date planned. Ideal nanny candidate will have a college degree in early childhood education, have some classroom experience, and a minimum of 8 years full time and recent experience working as a nanny. Must be fully vaccinated and boosted, have a valid CA driver's license, and references we can call! Salary DOE $120,000 plus housing in LA & Nor Cal.
