Live In Property Manager needed in Portola Valley $120-$130,000
We are looking for a live in Property Manager in Portola Valley. We would love to find someone who has worked as House Manager in the past, and is looking to oversee a large second residence for a HNW client. A large portion of this role is overseeing contracts. We want to find someone who is detail oriented, can do basic bookkeeping, negotiate with contractors and oversee a part time cleaning crew. The family is in residence about 50% of the year and travel with a staff. During these times, you may be expected to work longer days. Must be local to the Bay Area and have a minimum of 10 years full time, recent experience working in the Private Service Industry. We are looking for an honest, hard working and trustworthy person who will look after this property as their own. Must be fully vaccinated and boosted.
