Luxury Hospitality Estate Manager needed for large Marin Estate $200,000!
We are looking for an all star local Bay Area Estate Manager with a heavy focus on Hospitality! This is a secondary residence for our client - you will be reporting to their Director of Residences based in NYC. We are looking for a seasoned and lovely Estate Manager based in the Bay Area who can manage a small team of housekeepers and vendors for the client's two Bay Area residences in Marin & a luxury condo in SF. When the client is in town you will be 24/7, otherwise your schedule will be M-F unless there is an emergency at the home. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years full time recent experience working in the private service industry, working recently for a UHNW client as their Estate Manager. Ideal candidate will be someone who is incredibly service oriented - preferably you have experience working in a 5 star luxury resort or a strong hospitality background ( ex: working as the VIP client director, or in concierge) and who has impeccable taste. This is a young family and we would love it if this Estate Manager had their finger on the pulse for all things "hip" and "new" - who knows the right music to suggest for the right occasion (cocktail parties v intimate family dinner etc), the best florist to call, best caterer, and creates solid relationships with local vendors. Style is important to this family, we want someone who presents themselves with class and elegance. You must have a college degree and be fully vaccinated and boosted!
