A warm, loving family on the Upper East Side is looking for a calm, nurturing, and experienced career nanny to care for their first child. Their Newborn Care Specialist will be transitioning out after six months, and they would like a dedicated professional who can continue the baby’s established routines and provide steady, mindful care. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with occasional evenings for date nights. The parents both work full time and need a true partner who will support them in raising their child with a focus on health, nutrition, and a calm, grounding presence. The role will also include occasional travel with the family, sometimes up to 10 days at a time, as well as spending one month each summer in the Hamptons where housing is provided. Candidates must be local to New York City, have extensive recent experience with infants, and be able to provide long-term, verifiable references. A valid New York driver’s license and a US passport are required. The family is offering a salary of $150,000+ depending on experience, along with a generous medical benefits package and paid time off.
