Office Manager/Executive operations Assistant needed for UHNW Family Office

We are looking for the most organized & efficient Office Manager/Operations Assistant Extraordinaire to work for the most incredible UHNW family office. You will be responsible for managing the calendar of six US residences: maintenance, inventory control, vendor visits, housekeeping and ground keeping schedules, as well as overseeing and coordinating all repairs. This is a complex role and perfect for someone who likes to keep busy and thrives creating Excel spreadsheets and lists! You should be flexible to wear many hats and switch gears at a moments notice. You will be working in a family office with 10 other employees including a Chief of Staff, Operations Director and Operations Manager as well as an Executive and Personal Assistant. Candidates should have a college degree from an accredited 4 year university, as well as a minimum of 4 years recent full time experience working in a corporate setting managing a busy office and/or supporting c level executives in some sort of capacity. Should be very tech savvy and professional. Salary DOE: $120-130k plus an incredible benefit package that including medical dental vision and matching 401k.
